about life here?

What exciting opportunities are waiting for you?

At Air Inuit, opportunities are everywhere. Whether you're drawn to ground operations, maintenance, inflight roles, IT, or administrative positions, there’s a place for you to grow. Whether you want to build deep expertise or explore multiple areas, you’ll find an environment where learning, evolving, and moving forward are all part of the journey.

What does the work environment look like?

Filled with challenges, dynamic, and people‑focused. On the ramp, you’ll work outdoors with variable schedules and safety at the core of every operation. In administrative roles, collaboration, rigor, and strong opportunities for growth define the day‑to‑day. And everywhere across the organization, a strong team spirit truly makes the difference.

Why Air Inuit Is Your Next Career Destination?

To make a real impact. Air Inuit delivers essential services to Nunavik 24/7 in one of the world’s most demanding environments, offering work that is stimulating, meaningful, and truly rewarding.

Curious about the benefits we offer?

A range of competitive and generous benefits:
an employer‑matched RRSP with a 5% contribution, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, three weeks of vacation, telemedicine access, an employee assistance program, and flight privileges.

Which jobs bring you into the heart of the North?

Some positions require occasional travel to our northern bases to support operations. Others follow a rotational schedule, where you work in the North for two or three weeks at a time, then return South for a rest period that varies depending on the role and the base. In these positions, the work takes place directly in the North, offering an immersive, cultural, and deeply human experience.

What are the possible work schedules?

Work hours and schedules vary depending on the role, but many operational positions follow rotating schedules of 2 or 3 weeks, based on the needs of the department. For ground operations and maintenance, this means variable shifts (day, evening/night, and weekends) to support 24/7 operations. In administrative roles, schedules are generally more stable, sometimes with options such as one remote‑work day per week or a 10/9 schedule.

Are there development opportunities?

Yes! Air Inuit supports continuous training, professional development, and internal advancement opportunities.
