- Flexible work arrangements: 2 or 3 week rotations for northern positions 5 days in 4 or 10 days in 9 and start your work day earlier or a bit later; work from home days

Sparrow is a unique program that offers Inuit candidates the training, resources and airline partnership they need to become a commercial pilot. Through this program, Air Inuit offers candidates the opportunity to obtain their pilot license and fly the wings of their airline.
